  Simply amazing. If you come at the beginning of the season, (late November into December) the staff may ask you for feedback, as the owners like trying out new recipes. The food was nothing short of exquisite, and I will definitely be coming back every time I come to Mont Tremblant!

  Although we were set with time from the toddler, we couldn’t avoid the tasting menu for all four of us and although I had not wanted to drink, my father and I could not avoid the wine pairings!

  Our favorite restaurant in the village of Mont-Tremblant. They do a really special duck as well as everything else on the menu. A wonderful experience we look forward to each time we visit.

  This was our third visit to Cheval de Jade over many years. Their food is wonderful and all details of the dining experience felt so polished. Each dish and drink of the "Discovery Menu" was marvelous on its own, but together made for a delightful meal.

  Before even eating here, Frédérique was easy to contact about our situation, choosing between a set Christmas menu and a la cart and setting us up with us, our parents and our toddler. Then things only got better upon arrival for our 5 pm dinner!

  Walking in a little early, the staff was ready for us and even had a toddler high chair set up at the table! We were immediately joyous upon arrival and loved that we were able to wear ski clothes inside!
