  We stayed in the Tremblant les Eaux complex. Was a bit far to walk to the Tremblant village although the person I spoke to told me it was closer. We did not have any good view either which is disappointing for the price paid. However the appartement was huge, 2bdr 2 bthrms and was well laid out with a cute style. Balcony was small however. Will likely book again with sunstar but in another unit closer to the village. Fast check in/check out was a plus.

  Wonderfully place .Stayed at the Equinox .Are reservation was checking at 1600 we had elderly parents with us .They told us it was going to be 1700 and Sebastien the manager would talk to us , he never did we were only able to check in at 1730 with elderly parents they were very tired. Once in our condo we were stuck outside coming back from the pool the key would not work nobody came to to help they said they would take care of it today .Someone finally came out a visitor that let us in after 30 min outside in the cold wet .Management at Sunset are is awful. ..

  The exhaust fan did not work, and the upstairs master (the one with the disgusting stains) became filled with cooking smells that did not dissipate the entire week. This really was unbearable. Further on the kitchen - the kettle did not work, and the unit was ill equipped. The plates and glasses were mis-matched and there were not even 3 that matched each other if you want to lay the table. We found 3 wine glasses of differing sizes. The BBQ was "off limits" unless you wanted to attract a $100 fine.

  We asked that they replace or do something with the beds and they brought us replacement sheets -- possibly the idea was we make a hammock. They eventually brought us a blow up mattress to sleep on. The other beds were made up by someone who did not care to take the time and offer no skills in that department -- I had to remake the bed, and in doing so found stains of a disgusting nature on the underside of the brown comforter. The pillows were of a dollar store quality. A ridiculous affront to comfort.

  For the week anyone sitting on the couch enjoyed a metal bar prodding into their legs in a most uncomfortable way. It took 2 days to figure out the TV sound cable service was basic, offering no programming of value. At such cost, one would expect much more.

  We checked in here for Less Eaux Tremblant and they are wonderful. Reception staff Sylvia was so helpful and the valets, Paul and Reduan (sp?) We're great!

  1520-12 - Etoile du Matin. This unit is a disappointment and an extremely costly one. It is mismarketed as a 4*. This allegedly houses 8 people, but of our party of 6 family members, 2 had to sleep on the floor our first night.

  Very clean, cozy, and spacious. Big rooms with nice decors. Staff are extremely professional and friendly. Will definitely return.

  This was not a good welcome to Tremblant, I'm sorry to say, and I would caution against the unit. Our immense sense of disappointment is having spent this money on that unit for our family holiday.

  The naughahyde living room suite was literally in tatters, the surface ripped and worn out and looked/felt dirty. The sofa housing a pull out bed was of such disrepair that it could not be put back, and was bowed 30 degrees at both ends - thus the sleeping on the floor. Given the proximity of the floor, one notices that the carpets need cleaning, probably critical last season.
