  Came in last minute with a bent rear derailleur. Thomas took me in right away and not only managed to salvage my derailleur but also tuned the gears and swap the break pads! Outstanding service. Recommend 100%!

  Day before IMMT I had a bad mechanical issue. They were awesome - got me back in the race. Very qualified technicians.

  I was in town this weekend for Ironman and had an unfortunate accident which resulted in my bike being badly damaged. The staff was extremely helpful in explaining the costs associated with repairing the bike and so decided it wasn't worth the cost on an older bike so opted to purchase a new bike. This was late afternoon 2 days before the race and they had my new bike set the next morning. Needless to say they saved the day and allowed me to complete the race I had trained so many months to prepare for. When I return to complete the race again I'll make sure to stop in although hopefully not to replace another bike!!

  Very good rental equipment. Rented bikes for the day to do part of the petit train du nord bike trail. I usually have low expectations when renting equipment, but these were high quality, very light bikes. Price is a bit high but we'll worth it.

  When a Texan signs up for Mont-Tremblant 70.3, planning to fly with family to the event, one big logistical hurdle looms on the horizon: getting the bike there and bike and put together and taken apart in between. The there/back part with Fedex was a major headache deserving of a very different review, but the bike assembly/prep/disassembly part was a breeze thanks to Jo and company. They were friendly and great to work with and will definitely get my business again if my bike and I find ourselves in M-T again. When I came for pickup and mentioned that I was going to ride it back to my hotel they even took the time to write out directions for the best path there. If you're an athlete bringing your bike in for the Ironman events looking for a local shop to work with, you can't go wrong with Jo Velo.
